The room had several items in need of repair. The walk ways tiles are lose and broken. The facilities look nicer in the pictures then I experienced.

A compact but very comfortable hotel and room within 5 minute walk to the famous walking street. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating even with my poor Thai speaking skills. Hotel parking is right around the corner within 3 minute walk. Would stay here again.

Great stay
Everything was perfect: staff, new, modern building and room, cleanness, facilities plus Asian breakfast included in room price (which was not mentioned during booking). You need your own transport as hotel is located quite far from Chiang Khan (my favourite town in Thailand). Would recommend.
